We hope that you are delighted with all your purchases. If, for some reason, a product does not meet your expectations you may return it for a full refund. You have different return options depending on the Seller, item, or reason for return. The return policies of each seller are displayed in the respective tab on the product page.
All purchases on Migaza are made pursuant to an agreement with a Seller. This means that we have no liability for any returns or refunds, and these shall be made pursuant to the Seller’s policy and/or agreed terms between you and a Seller. The title of the products shall pass to you as determined by the Partners/Suppliers/Seller’s policy and/or agreed terms between you and a Partners/Suppliers/Seller. Each Seller can set his own refund policy. Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
In any case where a refund is necessary, such as when your Seller is out of stock and can't dispatch, or when you return an item, it's the Seller's responsibility to request that refund. We provide Sellers with instructions on how to create refunds.
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may be differrent based on the condition of the item and how long you've had the item.
We only accept payments through PayPal . PayPal fees are applied automatically in each transaction.
In this way you are protected as a customer for each transaction for 180 days.
